Intervention Case to Support the Denial of the Quarry Permit

This is a Hearing at the Wake County Superior Court for our request to Intervene to support the denial of the quarry permit.  Wake Stone filed a request to delay this hearing (until after the denial contested case for which we are asking to Intervene takes place) — an obvious attempt to prevent our opportunity to Intervene (ridiculous!). Moreover, there has already been a substantial delay due to rescheduling by the court.  Our attorneys filed a counter motion to proceed with the hearing on our request to Intervene. 

A good option for parking is the Wake County Municipal Parking Deck  216 W. Cabarrus St., on the corners of Davie, McDowell and Cabarrus streets.
