STAIN-A-Thon, Sycamore Historic Mess Hall

9am-4pm  (you can do partial hours if want; come early to help us set-up

What:  STAIN-a-thone. Help with the restoration of the historic Sycamore Camp Mess Hall so it can be used for Day Use Events.  This restoration is made possible by volunteers like you, your local REI stores in Cary and Raleigh, and a grant The Umstead Coalition received from REIgives@rei.com.

Where:  Meet at the Sycamore Bike and Bridle Trail Head, William B. Umstead State Park (use Glenwood Ave/US70 Park entrance). 

Other:  wear clothes and hat you can get painted.  

Lunch will be provided by The Umstead Coalition.  facebook.com/umsteadcoalition will have any raindate updates.
