Enjoy a great day on park trails with a 4-mile walk/run or 4, 7 or 12-mile bike tour. Our annual event includes over 500 participants — runners, walkers, babies in strollers and pets on leashes. 

Participants are serenaded along the route by supporters and musicians and greeted at the finish with great snacks and acoustic music from the stage.

There are children's activities, a silent auction, food trucks and more. Funds raised go to support William B. Umstead State Park.

First 75 registrants receive special gift from Great Outdoor Provision Company (note:  the number of registrants may be more than visible due to lag in manual entries)

Registration fees:  Adult $45; Youth (age 12 and under) $30; Senior (age 60 and over) $40.   There is a $10 discount for registrations through April 16.  Through April 16, registration fees are: Adult $35; Youth $20; Senior $30.  Participants receive Sag Bag which includes a limited edition T-shirt, coupons, and event bib. 

Spectators are welcome at no fee.

Parking

Onsite parking for the event is at 6000 Reedy Creek Road, Raleigh.  Please note this is a private meadow next to the Park, not one of the normal Park entrances).
