2023 Walk/Run/Bike for Umstead - Saturday April 22, 2023 (Earth Day)

Enjoy a great day on park trails with a 4-mile walk/run or 4, 7 or 13-mile bike ride. Our annual event includes runners, walkers, bikers, babies in strollers and pets on leashes. There are children's activities, live music, a silent auction, door prizes, craft vendors, native plant sale, food truck and more. All funds raised are used for the benefit of Umstead State Park. Event location: Pasture at 6000 Reedy Creek Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.

4, 7 or 13-Mile Bike Ride — Starts at 9:30am

The bike ride starts at 9:30am. Triangle Off-Road  Cyclists (TORC) will provide guided rides within the Park. This is not a race and  you must provide your own bike. Trails are gravel, so mountain or hybrid bikes are recommended. Helmets are required. The number of participants on the bike rides are capped at 100 for trail safety.
