Take a guided hike in Umstead State Park to learn about what animals do to survive the cold and identify some trees along the way! Be prepared to hike at least 1-2 miles by wearing closed-toed shoes and bringing a water bottle. Suggested for ages 5 and up, the trail is not stroller friendly. Please show up 5-10 minutes before the posted hike time, because hikes will begin on time. The hike will begin in the parking lot at the Reedy Creek entrance to Umstead State Park. Hikes are free. We hope you can join us!
